Makes assisted technical decisions based on knowledge, training, and experience to maintain the integrity of the CSA Mark. The Level I Certifier learns to apply their theoretical knowledge and limited practical knowledge and limited practical experience to resolve certification problems of a routine nature or with the guidance of a mentor for more complex problems.
