The role provides legal advice to the credit card business, focusing on payments laws, compliance, product strategies, and regulatory requirements in Canada.

Serve as Clutch's senior legal leader advising the CEO and exec team; own legal strategy and execution across commercial contracts, consumer protection, OMVIC/automotive compliance, privacy/data security, employment, corporate governance, risk/insurance, external counsel management; build legal processes, playbooks, and a high-performing legal team.

Lead Maneva's in-house legal function: own commercial contracting and negotiation, build contracting templates and risk framework, implement AI-assisted legal automations, oversee compliance (export control, data privacy), employment, corporate governance, IP, and external counsel management while advising CEO and board on strategic legal matters.
