Serve as Clutch's senior legal leader advising the CEO and exec team; own legal strategy and execution across commercial contracts, consumer protection, OMVIC/automotive compliance, privacy/data security, employment, corporate governance, risk/insurance, external counsel management; build legal processes, playbooks, and a high-performing legal team.

Provide legal and strategic counsel for Centene's commercial health plan business on federal and state healthcare regulatory matters (ACA, parity, No Surprises Act, exchanges).
