This senior individual contributor collaborates across communications, content, digital, design, and stakeholder teams in a complex healthcare environment.

Leads furniture, fixtures, and equipment activities for a large healthcare capital redevelopment project. Manages planning, procurement, budgets, schedules, risks, documentation, stakeholder communication, equipment integration, construction coordination, operational readiness, and delivery and installation. Coordinates with clinical, medical engineering, finance, procurement, vendors, consultants, architects, construction managers, and hospital teams to deliver the project on time, within budget, and within scope.

Supports implementation, configuration, optimization, testing, documentation, and user support for UKG Pro Workforce Management across scheduling, timekeeping, attendance, leave, and accrual processes. Gathers requirements, maps workflows, validates data, executes SIT/UAT and regression testing, tracks defects, supports payroll parallel testing, and contributes to training, pilot rollouts, go-lives, and stabilization. Collaborates with operational leaders, schedulers, payroll, HR, labour relations, and technical teams in a complex unionized healthcare environment.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for People & Culture using governed semantic models. Gather reporting requirements for the Microsoft Fabric HRIS transformation, translate stakeholder needs into scalable specifications, support deployment and stabilization, and liaise with the Enterprise Data Team on infrastructure and semantic model requirements. Analyze workforce data from systems such as Workday and UKG to support people analytics, workforce planning, and reporting decisions.

Provides administrative support for the Infection Prevention and Control department, including office operations, supply ordering, records and database maintenance, communications, calendar coordination, meeting logistics, minutes, events, payroll support, and confidential information handling. The role requires strong organization, communication, document preparation, and coordination skills, with occasional guidance of junior clerical staff.

Designs mechanical components and assemblies across the full product development lifecycle, from concept through manufacturing transfer and product support. Creates SolidWorks models, prototypes, technical documentation, bills of materials, fixtures, and test protocols. Collaborates with manufacturing, systems, quality, regulatory, and product teams to ensure manufacturability, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and customer alignment. Supports risk assessments, engineering changes, field issue investigations, intellectual property submissions, product testing, and commercialization of medical technology products.

Leads multiple large-scale Connected Care projects across UHN outpatient clinics, overseeing delivery, budgets, risks, stakeholder engagement, change management, communications, and multidisciplinary teams. The role supports digital and clinical solution adoption, facilitates governance groups, develops strategic initiatives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include staff recruitment and development, performance management, issue resolution, and collaboration with healthcare providers, administrators, finance teams, and senior leadership.

Supports marketing communications by creating and editing website, email, presentation, brochure, and promotional content. Coordinates campaigns, product launches, webinars, conferences, approvals, content calendars, marketing assets, and project timelines. Monitors website, email, and social media performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and support commercial objectives.
