Shifts: Days, Monday - Friday

The Marketing Communications Associate supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support commercial objectives. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing activities, developing content, managing digital channels, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials across multiple platforms.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Communications Associate helps execute campaigns, supports product launches, coordinates events, and maintains brand consistency across all communications.

What you'll do

  • Develop and coordinate marketing communications, including digital content, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Create, edit, and maintain marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, webinars, conferences, and other events.
  • Coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals to ensure marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and consistent with branding.
  • Help manage marketing assets, content calendars, and project timelines to support the timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including website, email, and social media analytics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives and support commercial objectives.
  • Maintain conference calendar and support conference attendance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in marketing communications, content, or a related field, ideally in medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated, technical industry
  • Strong writer and editor who can translate complex clinical or scientific material into clear, credible copy
  • Comfort working with subject-matter experts and adapting drafts through iterative review
