Leads moderate-to-complex clinical applications and digital transformation projects within UHN’s Digital PMO. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, risk and change management, stakeholder communication, procurement, vendor management, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, data quality reporting, interoperability initiatives, and team coaching. The role focuses on optimizing Epic, implementing scheduling solutions, improving surgical data quality, and integrating eReferral systems.

Lead analytics for UHN's Social Medicine program, translating large health datasets into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports; engage stakeholders across clinical, operational, research, and executive teams; evaluate analytic solutions, support performance improvement initiatives, and communicate findings for decision-making, publications, and grant work.

Provide centralized inpatient pharmacy services: review and dispense medication orders, identify and resolve drug-related problems, monitor therapy, perform medication reconciliation, respond to drug information queries, supervise technicians, follow up on medication incidents, and promote safe medication practices in collaboration with healthcare teams.

Lead and manage program quality, accreditation, and new program development projects for academic programs. Provide project management, process design, quality assurance, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, reporting, and build Power BI dashboards and automated processes to support academic program delivery and continuous improvement.

Apply industrial engineering and operational analytics to assess capacity, demand, staffing, workflow, and utilization across clinical and operational areas. Build decision-support models, dashboards, forecasts, and scenario analyses; partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate findings into actionable recommendations and monitor outcomes for continuous improvement.

Support the Digital PMO for clinical applications by analyzing business needs, mapping workflows, gathering requirements, coordinating system design/build/testing, performing data analysis, supporting change management and stakeholder engagement, and leading small projects or workstreams to deliver digital health solutions.

Provide hands-on assessment and treatment for orthopedic disorders, chronic pain, and work-related injuries. Plan and support client rehabilitation and return-to-work, collaborate with stakeholders, perform case management and insurance reporting, lead group education, and participate in cross-site duties. May treat complex cases and support teaching and continuous quality improvement.

Provide evidence-based psychosocial oncology care (assessments and psychotherapy including CALM and EASE) to patients and families (50%), and support research, project management, education, trainee supervision, and program development (50%). Coordinate studies, assist with ethics submissions, data collection/analysis, and collaborate with interdisciplinary and international teams.

Lead cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, retention and growth of leadership annual donors ($1,000–$5,000). Manage a donor portfolio, develop strategic engagement and moves-management plans, integrate direct response activity, maintain accurate donor data, report on portfolio performance, collaborate across teams, and represent the Foundation at events.

Perform environmental monitoring and aseptic control for cleanrooms, plan and oversee microbiological qualifications and media fills, investigate OOS results, support aseptic manufacturing and training, run microbial testing of materials and water, author SOPs, liaise with contract labs and suppliers, and lead development and qualification of an in-house microbiology laboratory.

Provide operational support to the Office of the President and CEO by drafting executive communications, coordinating cross-functional strategic initiatives, managing project delivery, improving processes, and supporting governance and committee logistics. Work with senior leaders, boards, and internal teams to ensure alignment, on-time execution, and high-quality executive materials.

Design, implement, test, and maintain software for medical device products across web and desktop platforms. Support architecture, documentation for QMS/regulatory compliance, troubleshoot field issues, and assist releases, maintenance, and team training.

Develop novel computational methods for single-cell and spatial multi-omic data to track cancer-cell evolution, identify treatment biomarkers, build reproducible analysis pipelines, and disseminate results via publications and conferences.

Lead clinical implementation, training, and adoption of HALO remote patient monitoring across Toronto hospitals. Build clinical relationships, provide on-site support, analyze utilization data, create reports, drive product adoption and expansion, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Provide complex administrative support for Medical Education in Hematology and Medical Oncology, including fellowship/staff scheduling, fellow support, event and meeting coordination, calendar and records management, budgetary support, stakeholder liaison, report preparation, and implementation of education initiatives.

Provide on-site physiotherapy assessment, treatment planning, and client-specific treatment programs for professional adult artists. Deliver education to clients and staff, evaluate outcomes, and work independently while adhering to professional, safety, and infection-control standards.

Serve as the clinical point of contact for hospital customers, leading implementation, training, adoption, and on-site clinical support for HALO technology. Build relationships, analyze utilization data, drive product adoption and expansion, produce reports, and collaborate with product, sales, and support teams to improve outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Provide front-desk and laboratory administrative support including purchasing, expense reconciliation, budget tracking, ethics documentation, onboarding and coordination of trainees, calendar and email management, maintaining lab records, assisting with grant and manuscript administrative tasks, and coordinating institutional signatures and approvals to support research operations.

Provide unregulated, supervised patient care support on inpatient units: assist with hygiene, transfers, ambulation, feeding, communications, supplies/equipment coordination, and other duties to support the nursing team. Work part-time up to full-time hours with flexible scheduling across day/evening/night and weekends.

Operate and maintain hospital mechanical and electrical systems including BAS, boilers, chillers, fire alarm, pneumatic tube and medical gas. Respond to troubleshooting requests, read HVAC schematics, and perform routine facility operations to ensure safe, continuous service.
