Coordinate clinical trials from protocol review and regulatory approval through activation, monitoring, follow-up and closure. Prepare Health Canada and REB submissions, maintain regulatory documents and trackers, ensure data quality and compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, and Tri-Council standards, and execute study administrative tasks including CRFs, staff training, and delegation logs.

Provide administrative and digital support for the Low Back Rapid Assessment Clinic and Arthritis Program. Manage CMS user onboarding, training, and support; triage inbox and phone inquiries; coordinate webinars, meetings, and resources; maintain data, contacts, shared drives, and reports for quality and quarterly reporting. Support clinical and administrative leads and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to improve user experience.

Lead planning for complex, large-scale healthcare renovation projects from concept through detailed design. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, consultants, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement (including MOH), and handover to Redevelopment. Supervise a small team, perform financial and contract oversight, quality-control design documents, and compile project documentation and lessons learned.
