Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, launch, stabilization, and closeout of multiple lottery programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, technical readiness, testing, approvals, timelines, risks, dependencies, and business readiness. Maintain project plans, status reports, and risk registers while providing leadership updates and implementing process improvements. The role manages concurrent initiatives across marketing, IT, operations, finance, legal, compliance, customer service, and external partners.

Supports mass marketing campaigns for cancer fundraising events and the Princess Margaret brand. Coordinates briefs, creative development, media launch readiness, vendors, agencies, budgets, campaign documentation, research, reporting, and brand compliance. Collaborates with internal teams and external partners, maintains trackers and approvals, and provides event marketing support, including occasional evening, weekend, and local travel requirements.

Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines and advanced AI models for drug discovery using complex biomedical and DNA-Encoded Library datasets. Responsibilities include data preprocessing, predictive modeling, deep learning, exploratory analysis, visualization, MLOps, experiment tracking, and reproducible workflows. Collaborate with structural biologists, medicinal chemists, and bioinformaticians, communicate findings to diverse audiences, and evaluate emerging approaches for molecular property prediction and de novo drug design.
