Lead a team to design and implement a future-state scheduling operating model, redesign master rotations and schedules, engage stakeholders, support change management, and ensure sustainable, compliant staffing across hospital units.

Plan, lead, and evaluate individual and group activity programs for complex-care patients (including cognitively impaired/behavioural needs). Ensure patient safety, contribute to program development, report patient responses to the care team, facilitate volunteers, and follow infection control and confidentiality policies.

Lead delivery of Project WorkReady replacing legacy HRIS and implementing enterprise scheduling. Manage project lifecycle, schedules, testing (unit, integration, system, UAT, regression, E2E), deployments, defect lifecycle, integrations, data validation, reporting, stakeholder communications, and team coaching to ensure quality and minimize operational risk.
