Build and maintain core map data ingestion, conflation, and quality infrastructure to improve ETA accuracy and pickup precision. Lead features end-to-end, collaborate with cross-functional teams, write well-tested backend code, operate distributed systems, and participate in on-call rotations and knowledge sharing.

Drive AI-enabled automation, responsible AI frameworks, ROI cases, data/privacy compliance, and support M&A People systems integration while influencing stakeholders and ensuring delivered solutions meet business objectives.

Lead and manage a team of product designers to own the core Lyft rider journey. Define vision and roadmap, ensure craft quality and consistency across high-traffic experiences, partner with product and engineering on strategy and platform-level execution, drive migrations and AI-native tooling adoption, and connect design work to business outcomes like conversion and retention. Represent Rider Design in cross-functional and senior leadership forums.

Support execution of Social Impact programs (Round Up & Donate, Jobs Access, Disaster Response). Coordinate ride code and sponsorship processes, manage partnerships, maintain data tracking and budgets, prepare briefings and communications, and handle cross-functional project coordination and invoicing.

Lead analytics for Safety & Customer Care by partnering cross-functionally to define metrics, build dashboards, design and analyze A/B tests, monitor KPIs, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve customer support experience and inform senior leadership.
