  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into working integrations.
Experience:
  • 6–8 years of integration/automation experience, with hands-on Workato and Boomi.

  • 2+ years supporting Legal systems integrations (CLM, e-signature, matter management, compliance/e-discovery).
  • 1–2 years building AI Agents/Skills in Workato Genie, including prompt engineering and IDP.
  • 1+ year building or deploying MCP servers.
  • 3–4 years scripting in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or similar for custom connectors and recipe logic.
  • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Git-based version control.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Familiarity with enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow).
    • CI/CD experience for Workato recipe deployment.
    • Workato Automation Pro certification or equivalent.
