Design, implement, and manage hardware/software systems for embedded GPS/INS products. Lead systems integration, test strategy, validation, root-cause analysis, and requirements management while supporting cross-functional teams and manufacturing/process optimization.

Lead new product development from concept through qualification and production transition. Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams (electrical, software, systems, mechanical). Design, develop, integrate, and commission real-time hardware-in-the-loop simulation test equipment. Create electronic schematics, develop LabVIEW/CVI control software, perform V&V, troubleshoot integrations, train users, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to meet project, regulatory, and safety requirements.

Maintain qualification lab and equipment, set up and execute EMI, power quality and environmental qualification tests, create qualification data packages and test reports, support test build design and verification, and train/estimate/schedule testing activities.

Design, modify, and implement test equipment for DO-160 qualification. Maintain and operate the qualification lab, execute EMI and power quality tests, create qualification data packages and reports, troubleshoot and root-cause issues, present findings to product teams, support test build design and vendor coordination, and develop lab processes and capabilities while training others.

Support development and qualification lab activities: build and maintain test setups, create test builds and wire harnesses, execute and document electrical and mechanical tests, troubleshoot and root-cause failures, implement and verify fixes, and support product groups throughout development and qualification.
