Sell and service manufactured roof and floor trusses, pre-cut framing systems, and related building products to builders and framers. Build and maintain customer relationships, generate leads, conduct presentations and bids, meet sales quotas, coordinate with internal teams, troubleshoot field issues, and travel across the assigned territory.

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance; oversee general ledger, cost and inventory accounting, monthly/annual close, internal controls, treasury, tax, audit, and banking. Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis, billing and payment resolution, inventory and fixed asset accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, and audit coordination while ensuring GAAP and cost accounting compliance.

Prepare truss layouts and shop drawings from architectural and structural plans, ensure compliance with codes and customer requirements, optimize designs for efficiency and profitability, assist bidding/estimating, mentor junior designers, meet with customers, and update internal procedures and documentation as needed.
