The Sr. Sales Representative - Commercial Accounts is responsible for driving sales growth, managing commercial accounts, and expanding the company’s customer base. This role is focused on building business, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering consistent revenue results. Outside Sales role with limited administrative work which may be performed from home. 

Territory begins along the I10 corridor from Pensacola to Jacksonville and extends into North Florida, Southern Georgia and Southern Alabama.

 

Primary Objectives:

•Build business and drive sales across commercial accounts
•Maintain, grow, and retain existing customer relationships
•Expand the customer base by securing new accounts and developing new market opportunities within the Southeast
•Deliver consistent revenue results tied to measurable sales goals
Duties/ Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary contact for commercial accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
•Develop and execute account plans with clear sales goals and growth targets
•Grow revenue within existing accounts by expanding order volumes and introducing additional products, including EZWall®
•Pursue new customer opportunities, increase the customer base, and expand into new markets or segments
•Track, report, and present progress on sales performance and pipeline development
•Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events to generate new business opportunities

Qualifications

Education and Experience

•A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales
•Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
•Ability to work with a team of professionals
•Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or a minimum of 10 years’ related experience in sales
•Preferably 5 - 10 years of lumber/truss/construction industry experience

Physical Requirements

•Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
•Must be able to lift 25 pounds
•Must be able to Travel to meet with clients or potential clients regularly. Territory begins along the I10 corridor from Pensacola to Jacksonville and extends into North Florida, Southern Georgia and Southern Alabama.
