Coordinates domestic, cross-border, and international shipments from suppliers to customers. Prepares export and customs documentation, tracks freight and shipment conditions, processes invoices, maintains shipping records, negotiates carrier rates, manages logistics providers, ensures regulatory compliance, communicates with stakeholders, and resolves transportation issues. Drive growth of fresh seafood sales in ethnic retail supermarkets by building buyer relationships, securing listings and promotions, analyzing sales data, coordinating with procurement, QA, logistics and finance, supporting product launches and in-store initiatives, and meeting sales and profitability targets across assigned territories.

Lead a global logistics team overseeing temperature-controlled ocean freight, intermodal, cold chain warehousing, inventory and container drayage. Drive strategy, negotiations with steamship lines and 3PLs, manage claims, develop budgets and KPIs, and implement continuous improvement across logistics operations.

Provide administrative support to the Procurement team by creating purchase orders, tracking shipments and shipping documents, ensuring data integrity, processing payments, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records.
