The Finance Manager leads budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, funding submissions, audits, and month-end and year-end close activities. The role partners with program leaders, ensures compliance with funding agreements and accounting standards, improves financial processes and reporting, and supervises and develops financial analysts. The manager also supports executive decision-making and trains non-financial stakeholders on financial matters.
