Leads multidisciplinary highway and bridge design projects from planning through delivery. Manages technical quality, schedules, budgets, QA/QC, stakeholder coordination, proposals, and client relationships. Provides highway design leadership, mentors engineering staff, coordinates with agencies and contractors, and oversees designs for freeways, roads, interchanges, intersections, and bridge rehabilitation or replacement.

Supports requirements management for rail and transit projects, including organizing requirements, maintaining traceability, coordinating rail systems interfaces, assisting audits, and supporting requirements engineering activities. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and project managers, presents technical information, applies rail and systems engineering standards, and contributes across project lifecycles. The role is suited to an engineering graduate with interest in transportation infrastructure and familiarity with requirements management tools.

Leads systems engineering governance and multidisciplinary integration for light rail transit infrastructure programs. Oversees requirements management, system architecture, interface coordination, design reviews, verification, validation, technical risk management, procurement support, testing, and commissioning across rolling stock, signalling, traction power, fare collection, and operations facilities. Provides technical direction, stakeholder coordination, and mentorship while ensuring solutions meet operational, safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.

Leads the design, technical assurance, delivery, and engineering governance of overhead catenary systems for rail and transit projects. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, reviews and certifies designs, manages stakeholders, quality, schedules, budgets, risks, and project documentation. Provides construction, testing, commissioning, and systems integration support while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement. Requires extensive railway OCS experience, Ontario P.Eng. designation, and proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD.

Leads Egis’ municipal engineering practice across Ontario, overseeing roadway, complete streets, water, sanitary, and stormwater infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include practice strategy, team development, project delivery, financial performance, quality, risk, client relationships, business development, and technical leadership. The role manages multidisciplinary teams in Ottawa and the GTA, supports major infrastructure programs, mentors staff, and coordinates municipal infrastructure with land development initiatives.

Supports project schedule development, maintenance, analysis, and reporting for complex capital projects. Uses Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project to manage baselines, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, progress measurement, forecasts, variances, risks, and change impacts. Coordinates scheduling information across project management, engineering, construction, and project controls teams while preparing schedule reports, dashboards, and recovery strategies.
