Lead QA activities for fraud-related products: define test strategy, oversee automated and manual testing, build and maintain automation and performance test frameworks, execute load/stress/scalability tests, analyze defects and performance bottlenecks, and improve QA processes across teams.

Define and evolve Interac’s enterprise data architecture strategy, target-state blueprints, transition roadmaps, governance standards, and reference architectures. Establish guardrails for data quality, lineage, metadata, ownership, access, retention, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance. Lead architecture reviews and risk assessments across warehouse and lakehouse environments, while guiding scalable integration, semantic modeling, data products, and analytics and AI enablement across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms.

Supports product storytelling, positioning, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution across B2B and B2C audiences. Coordinates customer insights, market research, KPIs, reporting, and campaign optimization. Develops sales enablement materials, guides agency and internal teams, tracks budgets and invoices, and collaborates cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Analytics, and sales teams.

Lead and define Java/Kotlin backend engineering standards, integrate quality/security checks into CI/CD, recommend shared libraries and tooling, set AI-assisted engineering guidelines, and coach teams to improve code quality, security, and developer productivity.

Lead investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery of complex cybersecurity incidents. Conduct advanced digital forensics, threat hunting, malware and memory analysis, and produce post-incident reports. Develop playbooks, detection use cases, and forensic evidence handling across endpoints, servers, cloud, and network. Coordinate cross-functional incident response and improve security monitoring and detection capabilities.

Lead SOC engineering and detection capability strategy, owning SIEM and monitoring architecture, data pipelines, and detection engineering. Provide technical leadership during incidents, validate and tune detections, support adversary emulation exercises, and drive continuous improvement, automation, and platform modernization across security operations.

Lead and scale a Business Development team to drive new enterprise and government logo acquisition, ARR growth, cross-sell/upsell, and go-to-market execution for Interac products. Build repeatable sales motions, develop strategic account plans, maintain executive client relationships, partner with Product/Marketing/Solutions Engineering, and coach the team on consultative selling, pipeline management, deal strategy, and MEDDPICC adoption to meet CSAT and revenue targets.

Lead and manage an Account Management team covering commercial and public sector clients. Drive retention, renewals, expansion ARR, and CSAT through structured account motions, executive engagement, QBRs, health scoring, and upsell/cross-sell. Partner with Sales, Product, and Solutions, serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts, and coach the team on renewal strategy and advanced account management techniques.
