The ERP Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, delivering and supporting e-Emphasys ERP solutions. Responsibilities include employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, union negotiations, leave management, investigations, performance coaching, HR projects, engagement initiatives, and maintaining confidential HR records. Administer employee health, dental, insurance, retirement, and benefits programs. Analyzes manufacturing costs and financial performance across 22 plants. Maintains standard costs, inventory valuations, bills of materials, routings, and intercompany transfer pricing in JDE ERP. Builds KPI dashboards, supports budgeting and forecasting, audits plant efficiency and profitability, and provides insights for pricing and operational decisions.

Plans and delivers organizational change management, communications, and training for IT-led projects. Build Power Apps and Power Automate flows, integrate with Dataverse/Azure, manage deployments via Azure DevOps, support interfaces/APIs, resolve system issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for ERP implementations and upgrades.
