As a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, you will provide mortgage advice, engage clients, develop business opportunities, and build community connections to help clients achieve home ownership.

Provide expert financial planning and wealth strategies for high-net-worth clients, including estate, tax minimization, retirement, and business transition planning. Partner with relationship managers to analyze client situations, prepare holistic plans using CIBC tools, educate advisors, and coordinate product delivery and referrals across CIBC.

Deliver client-focused personal and business banking in-branch: build relationships, assess financial goals, recommend cash management, credit, investment and protection solutions, promote digital/mobile banking, meet sales targets, and work flexible on-site hours across multiple centres.

Lead operational risk and control activities for Personal & Business Banking Borrowing Solutions: assess and remediate control gaps, manage deficiencies, oversee audits/compliance exams, advise as risk/control SME, and maintain relationships across 1st/2nd/3rd lines of defence to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Design, automate, deploy, and maintain enterprise Power BI infrastructure and BI services. Develop scripts, reports, dashboards, and automation using Python and PowerShell, support cloud-based analytics (Azure, Databricks, ADF, ADLS), manage databases and optimize queries, and troubleshoot production and UAT environments to ensure reliable BI delivery.

Designs, delivers, and manages onboarding and advisory training for Private Wealth advisors and support staff. Facilitates programs, coaches participants, implements curriculum improvements, ensures regulatory alignment, partners with Practice Management, and supports cross-functional initiatives across Canada.

Own and evolve performance measurement and financial reporting analytics: define KPIs and data quality, build Power BI dashboards and recurring reports, automate reporting using AI/AutoML, and deliver executive-ready insights to support governance and decision-making.

Provide administrative and client-service support to Wood Gundy Investment Advisors, maintain compliance in client files, assist with marketing and business development, prepare investment plans and proposals, and help manage client requests to support high-net-worth accounts in an on-site, full-time brokerage environment.
