Manage day-to-day activities for complex IT projects: plan scope, resources, timelines, risks and budgets. Produce feasibility studies, business cases, estimates, status reports and stakeholder communications. Integrate resources across teams, coach/mentor staff, and apply Agile and Waterfall methods using Microsoft Project to deliver within SDLC standards.
