As a Financial Services Representative, you'll build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and provide tailored service including financial product recommendations and support for using banking technology.

Provide mobile mortgage advice and product solutions, meet clients remotely or in-person, generate leads and referrals through networking and community engagement, collaborate with banking centre teams, and manage mortgage documentation and the lending process to help clients secure home ownership.

Build and support cross-platform data pipelines and integrations using Azure, Databricks, ADF, Python and RDBMS; liaise with finance stakeholders, vendors, and regulators; provide advisory and product-ownership responsibilities for finance modernization.

Support development and execution of global AML/ATF and sanctions evasion risk reporting. Produce executive and board-level reports, analyze complex datasets to identify risks and gaps, manage SharePoint content and information requests, drive continuous improvement, and provide evidence-based challenge and recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead design and hands-on delivery of full-stack prototypes and production solutions. Build front-end, back-end, cloud and data components; enforce secure, maintainable architectures; run code reviews, CI/CD, testing and monitoring; translate technical choices to stakeholders and support agile delivery with cross-functional teams.

Perform daily reconciliation and reporting for ABM, POS, Remote Banking and suspense accounts. Prepare and journalize entries, investigate exceptions using Databricks/SQL and Power BI, ensure SOX compliance, collaborate with business partners, and support process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Lead global privacy strategy for AI and digital transformation, advise on privacy risks for hyper-personalized marketing and analytics, drive privacy risk and third-party assessments, ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, PIPEDA, Law 25), support cross-border and contractual privacy requirements, and promote privacy awareness across the bank.

Lead independent QA over first-line control testing within an eGRC platform, providing challenge, enhancing QA frameworks and methodologies, driving automation and data-driven approaches, partnering with stakeholders to remediate gaps, and delivering executive-quality reporting and insights to support regulatory compliance and risk reporting.
