The Intermediate Administrative Assistant at DIALOG will provide support to Partners, participate in event planning, coordinate meetings, handle travel arrangements, and assist in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of administrative experience, strong organization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Participate in all aspects of planning and urban design practice, support stakeholder engagement, work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams, contribute to a broad range of projects, present and facilitate stakeholder meetings, support user research and engagement methods, adaptable and nimble in responding to project needs, strong oral and written communication skills, highly organized with attention to detail.
