Own complex customer issues through investigation, root cause analysis, and fix validation while developing scalable full-stack SaaS applications. Own the end-to-end architecture of NetBrain’s AWS-based SaaS platform. Define multi-tenancy, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, event-driven messaging, persistence, observability, security, and compliance strategies. Establish architecture standards, ADRs, and documentation while guiding multiple engineering teams, mentoring senior engineers, and communicating technical tradeoffs to product and executive stakeholders.

Develop and execute test plans and automated testing, mentor junior QA engineers, and ensure software meets quality standards and customer requirements.
