Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.

What We Need

We’re looking for a technically strong, highly collaborative Product Manager to serve as the connective tissue across product, marketing, and go-to-market teams. This person will translate product strategy into clear positioning, lead cross-functional launches, and ensure our no-code automation platform resonates with customer needs and market opportunities. The ideal candidate brings a blend of analytical rigor, storytelling, and executional drive to help shape product direction and maximize impact in a fast-moving, AI-driven environment.

What You'll Do

  • Feature ownership: Own the roadmap and backlog for a defined product area, balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • Discovery and research: Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify problems worth solving, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
  • Requirements and documentation: Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria, and maintain feature documentation and internal knowledge resources.
  • Customer feedback: Gather and synthesize input from customers, Sales, and Support, and turn it into prioritized product improvements.
  • Delivery: Work with Engineering, Design, and QA through planning, development, and release. Track progress, manage scope trade-offs, and remove blockers.
  • Roadmap and stakeholder communication: Maintain roadmaps and timelines for your area and keep stakeholders informed on status, risks, and changes.
  • Launch ownership: Lead launches for small and mid-sized features, and support major launches, in partnership with Product Marketing and Customer Success. This includes launch readiness, internal enablement, and customer-facing documentation.
  • Validation and quality: Validate features against requirements, triage issues with QA and Engineering, and make sure releases meet usability and quality standards.
  • Metrics and analysis: Define success metrics for your features, analyze usage and adoption data, and use results to inform iteration.
  • Industry awareness: Stay current on network automation, competitors, and AI trends that affect your product area.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of professional experience in product management or a closely related role (e.g., product operations, business analysis, technical program management, or solutions consulting) at a software or technology company
  • Experience taking features from idea through launch with an engineering team, including writing requirements and prioritizing a backlog
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data to evaluate decisions and measure outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Support, and to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with limited supervision
  • Proficiency with product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, roadmapping tools, spreadsheets, presentation software)
  • Interest in the networking, IT operations, or automation space

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or AI/automation products
  • Familiarity with networking or IT operations concepts
  • Experience with product analytics tools
