The Software Release Engineer will manage the release of NetBrain products, design and implement CI/CD workflows, and ensure feature coverage with development teams.

Own end-to-end technical architecture for NetBrains AWS-based SaaS platform: define reference architecture, multi-tenancy, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), Kubernetes/container topology, messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka), polyglot persistence (relational + MongoDB), observability and SLI/SLOs, embed security (encryption, IAM, secrets, SOC 2 path), produce ADRs and documentation, and mentor/guide engineering teams.

Lead client-facing implementation projects, ensuring timely deployment and collaboration with various stakeholders. Drive project milestones, manage multiple projects, and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve project goals.

Design and develop web applications, manage the full development lifecycle, lead code reviews, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute test plans and automated testing, mentor junior QA engineers, and ensure software meets quality standards and customer requirements.

The Vice President of Product will lead the strategy and development of NetBrain's network automation platform, focusing on AI and enterprise customer needs while overseeing a global product team.
