Own complex customer issues through investigation, root cause analysis, and fix validation while developing scalable full-stack SaaS applications. Collaborate with customers, support, product, and engineering teams to improve product stability and roadmap priorities. Provide technical guidance, mentor others, troubleshoot production systems, optimize performance, research technologies, and participate in on-call support.

Supports Product Managers with customer and market research, competitive analysis, product documentation, customer feedback organization, cross-functional coordination, roadmap and timeline tracking, launch preparation, feature testing, and issue documentation. The role builds foundational product management skills while collaborating with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Own the end-to-end architecture of NetBrain’s AWS-based SaaS platform. Define multi-tenancy, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes, event-driven messaging, persistence, observability, security, and compliance strategies. Establish architecture standards, ADRs, and documentation while guiding multiple engineering teams, mentoring senior engineers, and communicating technical tradeoffs to product and executive stakeholders.

Develop and execute test plans and automated testing, mentor junior QA engineers, and ensure software meets quality standards and customer requirements.
