Senior QA Engineer responsible for designing and executing manual and automated testing across functional, regression, performance, usability, and security areas. The role develops test plans and automation scripts, integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines, manages defects and quality metrics, evaluates release risks, and collaborates with developers, product managers, customers, and stakeholders. It also provides guidance to junior QA engineers and supports quality standards for a high-scale network automation SaaS platform.

Owns the design and development of validation frameworks, automation infrastructure, conformance checks, and simulated network environments for NetBrain platform resources. Builds tooling to verify drivers, parsers, runbooks, intents, and integrations across vendors and platform versions. Analyzes coverage, resolves complex customer issues, tracks quality metrics, and improves resource reliability, scalability, and release readiness. Requires strong Python framework engineering, networking knowledge, API and data parsing experience, CI/CD expertise, and end-to-end project ownership.

Design and build production-grade AI agent and RAG systems for enterprise network automation. Responsibilities include agent architecture, LLM fine-tuning, retrieval optimization, evaluation, observability, reliability, security guardrails, backend services, and production operations. The role also prototypes emerging technologies, improves model and agent performance, diagnoses failures, and guides technical strategy across engineering and product teams.
