Manage end-to-end video ad production and iteration for DTC brands. Create scripts, collaborate with creators and editors, run and analyze tests across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other ad platforms, and use data to optimize creative strategy and account planning to drive revenue.

The Head of Growth will lead paid media strategies for high-growth DTC brands, scale Meta budgets efficiently, and manage client relationships, focusing on aggressive growth and team development.

Serve as primary strategic contact for e-commerce clients, coordinate internal teams to execute paid media, creative, email and CRO campaigns, monitor performance, deliver insights, lead calls and planning, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure on-time, quality deliverables to drive retention and growth.
