Design and implement carrier-grade embedded real-time firmware for optical line systems. Collaborate with hardware/FPGA and optical engineers to develop low-level device drivers, control algorithms on Linux/FreeRTOS, and gRPC-based interfaces. Provide design estimates, follow development processes, and sustain legacy products while supporting new product development.

Support NPI and sustaining engineering for routing hardware by managing product data, change control (ECO/MCO/Stop Orders), and BOM health. Develop custom queries, adapt SQL/Sequel for evolving product structures, implement data models, and create PLM workflows while coordinating across hardware, software, and product line management.
