Provides Level 2 IT support for systems and infrastructure at construction sites across Canada. Responsibilities include incident resolution, inventory management, technical documentation, process optimization, technology recommendations, and internal customer communication. The role advises colleagues, supports service continuity, and contributes to continuous improvement. Occasional travel, after-hours flexibility, a valid driver’s license, and eligibility for federal security clearance are required.
