As an Office Administration Intern, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a fast-paced office while working alongside experienced professionals. From coordinating office activities and supporting purchasing processes to contributing to employee engagement initiatives, you'll play an active role in creating a positive and efficient workplace. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop valuable administrative, organizational, communication, and project coordination skills while gaining meaningful exposure to the construction industry.

Internship opportunities are available for terms ranging from 4 to 12 months.



Requirements
Responsibilities

Office Culture & Employee Experience

  • Assist with office events, employee activities, and engagement initiatives;
  • Help foster a positive, welcoming, and organized workplace environment.

Office Operations & Administration

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the office;
  • Manage incoming mail, deliveries, and office correspondence;
  • Assist with meeting coordination, filing, and administrative records;
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.

Purchasing & Inventory Management

  • Assist with processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries;
  • Order office and kitchen supplies as needed;
  • Maintain inventory levels and organize storage areas;
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers.

Facilities & Workplace Support

  • Help maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked common areas;
  • Coordinate office maintenance and equipment service requests.

Finance & Administrative Support

  • Assist with invoice processing and expense submissions;
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation;
  • Support various office and administrative projects as required.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Professional and customer-focused approach;
  • English required; bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset.
