As a Software Engineer, you will develop and maintain software systems, write clean code, and collaborate with team members, focusing on continuous learning and quality improvement.

Provides functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM across HR modules, translating business requirements into system enhancements and process improvements. Partners with HR, IT, vendors, QA, and stakeholders on requirements, change management, testing, defect resolution, releases, documentation, and user guidance. Develops test scenarios, validates configurations, supports regression and user acceptance testing, and manages confidential employee information while coordinating work across multiple time zones.

Provides technical support and development for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including reporting, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OIC integrations, HDL data loads, and customizations. Translates HR and payroll requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoots issues, maintains documentation, supports deployments, improves data quality and processes, and identifies opportunities to use Oracle HCM AI for automation and user experience improvements.
