Serves as a subject matter expert in physically settled metals trading and front-office workflows. Gathers and documents requirements, analyzes system impacts and data, collaborates with traders, developers, and stakeholders, supports enhancements, testing, UAT, deployment, change management, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and business adoption. Requires strong commodities and capital markets knowledge, analytical skills, communication, and experience with trading systems; Openlink Endur experience is advantageous.

Supports core HR operations including onboarding, employee data changes, terminations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, benefits guidance, HR inquiries, reporting, audits, documentation, learning and development coordination, and employee engagement activities. Maintains accurate and confidential employee records, provides customer service, routes complex issues, and assists HR teams with administrative and process improvement projects.
