Support three investment advisors by processing and confirming client transactions, executing trading orders, maintaining account records and reports, handling client documentation, servicing clients, contributing to business development and marketing initiatives, and performing administrative duties to improve practice efficiency.

Produce daily risk and treasury reports; improve reporting quality and efficiency using Excel/VBA, Power BI and databases; support treasury system enhancements; develop and enforce risk policies and limits; collaborate with senior leadership on risk guidelines for new products; contribute to quarterly ERM reporting and ad-hoc risk projects.

Manage portfolio operations including trade execution and allocation, fee account setup and calculations, investigate and resolve client account issues, perform risk management, liaise with stakeholders, and support process improvement projects.

Work with stakeholders to analyze, document and improve operations processes and systems for Capital Markets and Wealth Management. Elicit and document requirements, perform workflow analysis, coordinate with vendors and IT, prepare test plans/scripts, participate in project delivery, training, and documentation to ensure successful system and process changes.

The Associate will process account documents, perform credit checks, respond to inquiries, handle small projects, prepare packages for mailing, and provide backup support to team members.

The Senior Associate will manage client tax reporting, validate tax files, perform withholding corrections, and ensure compliance with tax regulations throughout the year.
