Manage relationships with RV and marine dealerships to grow loan originations and funded volume. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, dealer onboarding and training, financing deal structuring, application follow-up, communicating approvals and funding requirements, re-engaging inactive dealers, documenting activity in the CRM, and resolving dealer issues. Success is measured through booked deals, funded loan volume, dealer engagement, retention, satisfaction, and sales activity.
