The Mortgage Processor ensures the timely processing of loans by communicating with borrowers and 3rd parties, handling documentation, and maintaining quality standards throughout the loan manufacturing process.

Manage and develop a team of residential mortgage underwriters to ensure adherence to company, agency, and government lending guidelines; meet SLAs; train staff on LOS/AUS and regulatory requirements; monitor productivity and quality; resolve file conflicts; maintain stakeholder communication; and improve processes while ensuring compliance and succession planning.
