Wattpad seeks a Junior Accountant to manage accounts receivable, billing, variance analysis, reconciliations, and collaborate with teams for reporting and compliance.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Wattpad's data platform and product intelligence. Build systems that transform raw events into reusable data products, trusted metrics, and decisioning services. Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Product to enable personalization, recommendations, experimentation, and governance. Establish shared definitions, reduce duplication through reusable capabilities, and balance long-term platform investments with near-term business priorities.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Wattpad platform features. Work with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing to discover user needs, validate hypotheses, and deliver solutions that meet user engagement and business goals.

Lead Wattpad P&L ownership, AOP and strategic planning, budget and cost control across technology, marketing, and content. Build financial models, evaluate ROI on investments/vendors, optimize spend, partner with cross-functional leaders, and use Google Workspace and Claude AI to automate reporting and analysis.
