Participate in Wells Fargo’s investment banking program by analyzing companies and markets, developing client strategies, building financial models, preparing presentations, and completing trading simulations. Collaborate with colleagues and managers, interact with customers, apply independent judgment, and follow risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Required registrations include FINRA Series 63 or 66, Series 79, and the SIE exam within 90 days of hire if not transferable.

Serve as primary operational contact for a portfolio of Latin America and Caribbean clients. Manage onboarding, customer due diligence (KYC/AML), payment and funds movement inquiries, overdrafts, exception wires, and credit-related servicing. Coordinate with relationship managers, credit analysts and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain policies and controls, and support delivery improvements.

Lead the modernization of trade surveillance platforms, manage engineering teams, ensure compliance, and enhance detection using machine learning.
