Supports the research phase of executive recruiting by researching industries, companies, clients, roles, and prospective candidates. Prepares candidate assessments, client reports, market feedback, status updates, and business development materials. Maintains accurate search data, manages multiple concurrent engagements, collaborates with consultants and stakeholders, and contributes to candidate pipelines and executive assessments while upholding confidentiality, quality, professionalism, and ethical standards.

Summer intern joins an Executive Search team to conduct candidate, company, and industry research; attend client meetings; help develop search strategies; and use proprietary tools and Salesforce to generate and track candidate data. The program offers mentorship, hands-on exposure to the full search lifecycle, and potential consideration for full-time roles.
