Serve as the primary legal advisor for Quadient’s North American Lockers business. Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial, SaaS, leasing, hardware, installation, service, real estate, and partnership agreements. Provide practical legal guidance to Sales, Operations, Product, and leadership teams; monitor regulatory developments; support compliance, risk management, training, governance, strategic initiatives, and cross-border operations.

Drive enterprise pipeline growth for CXM products through targeted inbound and outbound prospecting. Own account-based outreach, qualify leads by assessing business needs and buying structures, book multi-stakeholder discovery calls and demos, maintain CRM accuracy, meet activity goals, and collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging.

Entry-level Account Executive responsible for building relationships, generating new business, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle. Use phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person meetings to grow accounts, develop pipeline, recommend solutions, and collaborate with teammates. Role includes local travel 2–3 days per week and structured training and mentorship.
