Support national client services by managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing reports and communications, assisting with contracts, rates, training, AR inquiries, CAT events, and supporting business growth through cross-selling and retention activities.

Oversee KPIs, inventory, escalations, stakeholder relationships, hiring, coaching, training, and process improvements using data analytics and automation to drive efficiency and reduce claim costs.
