Builds success plans, identifies use cases, monitors product health and adoption, mitigates technical risks, supports renewals and expansion, and represents customer feedback internally. Partners with sales, solutions engineering, professional services, support, and renewals. Requires fluent French and English, enterprise technical experience, and strong cybersecurity, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
