Own product marketing for Zafin AIOS, including positioning, messaging, differentiation, go-to-market strategy, launches, customer proof, content, competitive research, and market activation. Partner with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, technical experts, executives, and customers to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives for regulated institutions. Measure marketing performance, support commercial opportunities, and continuously refine market strategy.

Provides client-facing solutions consulting for enterprise AI adoption. The role develops reliable front-end and back-end software, translates requirements into tested solutions, participates in technical design and code reviews, and collaborates with Product, QA, Architecture, and other engineering teams. The engineer will also help establish engineering standards and develop AI-assisted, AIOS-enabled workflows.

Lead customer discovery, requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution configuration, functional specifications, user stories, testing, demonstrations, and training for Zafin banking and pricing implementations. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and delivery teams throughout Agile projects, manage customer relationships and functional risks, and mentor junior consultants. Apply banking product and pricing expertise to design scalable SaaS solutions.

Leads Zafin’s cloud financial management and FinOps strategy across Azure platforms. Responsibilities include cloud cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cost allocation, financial governance, anomaly detection, executive reporting, and team leadership. The role partners with Engineering, Cloud Operations, Product, and Finance to improve cloud efficiency, accountability, predictability, and investment outcomes.

Own and improve production cloud platform operations on Azure, with a focus on AKS, networking, infrastructure automation, deployment reliability, observability, and incident readiness. Design Terraform-based infrastructure, strengthen GitOps and CI/CD workflows, troubleshoot complex production issues, and establish operational guardrails. Serve as a senior escalation point for high-severity incidents, lead root cause analysis, mentor Cloud Operations engineers, and collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Security, and Delivery teams.

Provides senior techno-functional support for enterprise cloud applications across production and non-production environments. Diagnoses complex issues using logs, databases, and command-line tools; supports integrations, testing, deployments, configuration, and release validation. Engages directly with clients and cross-functional teams, leads root-cause investigations, improves monitoring and automation, maintains support documentation, and mentors analysts. The role primarily supports Azure-hosted environments while coordinating resolutions across multiple time zones.

Define the UX product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for Zafin AIOS, an AI agent orchestration platform. Conduct user discovery, partner with design and engineering, shape workflows and prototypes, prioritize features, and translate customer needs into delivery-ready requirements. The role focuses on usability, accessibility, transparency, trust, and human control in regulated financial-services AI workflows, while supporting demos, customer engagement, and continuous product improvement.

Lead functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for complex banking applications. Validate databases, APIs, batch workflows, event-driven systems, ETL pipelines, integrations, and data transformations. Create comprehensive test documentation, develop automated tests, analyze defects, manage testing risks, and communicate release quality. Collaborate with engineering and product teams, improve QA processes, and mentor junior QA engineers.

Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and support Zafin SaaS solutions for financial institutions. Translate business and banking requirements into technical designs, integrations, APIs, workflows, data mappings, and implementation plans. Lead technical workstreams, client workshops, testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and production support. Provide technical direction, mentor junior consultants, manage delivery risks, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, auditable, maintainable, and operationally ready.
