Design and analyze large-diameter tunnels, deep shafts, shoring structures, and underground transit systems. Use PLAXIS, FLAC, and Rocscience for numerical analysis; prepare technical reports, specifications, proposals, cost estimates, and construction documentation. Support project delivery, client meetings, data interpretation, risk assessment, settlement monitoring, and tunnel construction planning. The role requires collaboration across Canadian and international rail, transit, and municipal tunneling projects.

Lead and manage highway planning and preliminary design projects from proposal to close-out. Oversee teams and sub-consultants, budgets, schedule, quality and client relationships; mentor junior staff; support business development and stakeholder engagement; apply transportation planning, preliminary design, EA, ITS, and rehabilitation/expansion techniques to deliver projects.

Support project managers on rail and transit infrastructure projects across planning, design, procurement, construction delivery and contract administration. Assist with schedules, budgets, risk registers, project controls, stakeholder coordination, procurement support, reporting, and proposal preparation while gaining experience across the full project lifecycle.

Lead global delivery of workflow, automation, and internal software solutions across 3–5 internal and third-party squads. Drive planning, capacity balancing, CI/CD, testing, release readiness, and operational support. Standardize delivery practices, enforce platform and architecture standards on Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric, manage vendor SOWs, track delivery metrics, and communicate risks and status to technical and business stakeholders.

Perform geotechnical and tunnel design analyses, support tunnel and shaft design using PLAXIS/FLAC/Rocscience, prepare reports and proposals, attend client meetings, support data collection/analysis, instrumentation/monitoring, cost estimating, and contribute to project delivery for large-diameter tunnel and transit projects.
