Lead Stripe’s engineering team responsible for Requirements Management APIs and infrastructure supporting risk requirements across onboarding, monitoring, and regulated financial products. Define strategy and roadmaps, guide scalable and reliable architecture, manage complex cross-team workstreams, develop senior engineering talent, recruit, and align stakeholders across Risk, Product, Data Science, Design, and Engineering. The role requires strong technical judgment, operational rigor, and autonomous organizational leadership.

Lead and grow Stripe’s Paid Support team serving large strategic users. Manage technical account managers and managers, set team strategy and goals, hire and retain talent, coach performance, improve service quality through data, support revenue growth, and partner with sales, product, engineering, and support leadership. Champion user needs and help scale the organization through recruiting, training, policy development, process design, and strategic operational initiatives.

Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for payments products, including product launches, audience segmentation, customer insights, messaging, positioning, pricing and packaging input, thought leadership content, and sales enablement. Partner cross-functionally with product, partnerships, sales, and marketing teams to increase product awareness, demand, and adoption.

Build and deploy software solving complex problems for Stripe’s financial infrastructure. Collaborate on multi-person coding projects, learn unfamiliar systems through research and mentorship, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and use AI tools while rigorously reviewing and validating outputs. Work may span frontend, backend, infrastructure, large codebases, code reviews, production updates, and independently led projects.

Software engineering interns build and ship production software across Stripe’s technology stack, contribute to technical design and code reviews, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, and learn rapidly with mentorship. Projects may involve payments, fraud detection, payouts, checkout, anomaly detection, and other financial infrastructure. Candidates need computer science fundamentals, programming experience, teamwork or project experience, adaptability, and the ability to use and critically evaluate AI development tools.

The Senior People Partner will collaborate with leaders to develop HR strategies, support talent planning, and promote organizational health and productivity at Stripe.

Own and grow strategic payment method partnerships, including wallets and BNPL providers. Manage partner relationships, commercial negotiations, go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and distribution strategies that increase payment method adoption. Lead Link's payments partnerships with card networks, issuers, local payment methods, and crypto providers. Define and execute partnership strategy, negotiate commercial agreements, drive technical integrations, influence product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and scale partnerships to expand payment capabilities and acceptance.

Lead development and execution of high-impact strategic partnerships: build business cases, negotiate complex deals, define KPIs and milestones, and coordinate product, engineering, and GTM teams to scale partnerships and deepen executive relationships.
