Responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, executing go-to-market plans, managing product lifecycles, conducting competitive analysis, supporting pricing and product launches, driving business development and design wins, and collaborating with engineering, sales, applications, and corporate marketing teams globally.

Develop and maintain LLVM/MLIR compiler analysis and transformation passes for high-level FPGA synthesis. Optimize generated hardware for performance, power efficiency, and area utilization; analyze customer applications; and implement HLS features. Contribute to SoC design, verification, hardware/software co-design, RISC-V integration, and FPGA-based accelerator workflows.

Design, simulate and validate analog and mixed-signal IC blocks (PLLs, ADCs/DACs, filters, high-speed I/Os). Develop behavioral models (Verilog-A) for top-level simulation, perform process-corner simulations, automate flows with scripting, and validate silicon and system-level lab performance while collaborating with analog leads and multi-site teams.
