Prepare accurate BAS/DDC cost estimates and technical proposals by reviewing drawings, performing material take-offs, developing labour estimates, and designing preliminary controls architecture. Conduct site visits and field take-offs, assess installation risks, identify integration needs, and collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and procurement. Support bid reviews, RFIs, value engineering, and post-bid analysis to optimize cost and competitiveness.
