Support the Process Risk COE and Strategic Execution team through research, analysis, proposal and presentation development, project assistance, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication. The intern will contribute to process risk and strategic execution initiatives, document action items, collaborate on project goals, and develop business, analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a banking environment.

Prepare Canadian and international tax returns, including trust, personal, and estate returns. Support financial analysis, tax data organization, audit documentation, FATCA/CRS compliance, and tax regulation research. Provide administrative and communication support while meeting filing deadlines and client expectations. The role requires strong Excel skills, accuracy, organization, collaboration, and enrollment in an accounting, finance, or business administration degree program.

Supports the Registrations team with simple registration filings, document preparation, storage-drive organization, continuing education tracking, special projects, and administrative tasks. The role assists Senior Registration Officers, Continuing Education Specialists, and the Manager. Strong communication, computer literacy, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, effective listening, and quick learning are required. This is a four-month Winter 2027 student/co-op placement based in Ontario.

Analyze, design, and deliver reporting solutions using Tableau, databases, Python, and other analytics tools. Build and enhance dashboards, reconcile and validate data, support AI and prompt-engineering initiatives, and apply data-warehouse methodologies. The intern will perform complex analysis on large datasets, communicate findings to stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative development community.

Supports digital strategy and communications projects through research, executive presentations, content creation, training materials, intranet updates, communications, and administrative coordination. Collaborates with cross-functional partners and subject matter experts to develop accurate, visually compelling materials aligned with brand guidelines. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, and familiarity with Microsoft Office in a fast-paced wealth management environment.

Supports business and data analysis initiatives across insurance, including process improvement, licensing records, Salesforce data cleanup, data classification, release planning, UAT, compliance controls, and business needs analysis. Collaborates with IT, operations, product development, and distribution teams to improve applications and deliver data-driven solutions. Documents processes, maintains procedures, analyzes data, and supports risk and regulatory requirements.

Supports RBC Insurance sales communications and training by creating and editing sales materials, campaigns, presentations, videos, infographics, and other resources. Provides design support aligned with brand standards, coordinates content distribution, manages resource repositories, collaborates across teams, contributes to communication processes and measurement standards, and assists with special projects.

Supports wealth management business analysis across risk, compliance, trade operations, strategy, and process improvement. Responsibilities include documenting system requirements and test plans, analyzing and reconciling data, monitoring trade settlements, conducting client due diligence, supporting regulatory and operational risk programs, automating KRI data collection, benchmarking competitors, and coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Support data product delivery by building and maintaining pipelines, integrations, databases, warehouses, analytics systems, and data quality processes. Write SQL and Python automation, support testing and SDLC practices, monitor CRM and investment data, and work with cloud infrastructure. Analyze workflows, process securities and products in Eagle, and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and AI teams. This student co-op requires strong quantitative ability, software engineering fundamentals, cloud familiarity, and interest in data governance and AI/ML.

Supports wealth management finance and investment initiatives through market research, investment model development, portfolio risk monitoring, product oversight, reporting, process documentation, tax administration, client inquiry responses, and CRM updates. The role uses Excel, Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and related investment tools while collaborating across teams. Students gain exposure to investment decisions, capital markets, portfolio solutions, client relationships, and wealth management operations.
