The Solutions Account Manager will oversee account growth and retention via new sales and upselling existing customers, establishing relationships for sustained satisfaction.

Partner with academic and research customers to drive adoption and value of Elsevier analytics and AI products (e.g., SciVal, Scopus). Provide consultative onboarding, training, change management, escalation support, and cross-functional guidance to embed solutions, support renewals, and enable customer success.
