Develop and manage a 24-month SKU-location demand plan for Canada using historical data, customer/promotional inputs, market trends and statistical forecasting. Lead S&OP participation, collaborate with sales, merchandising, finance and customers, drive inventory targets and weeks of supply, perform root-cause analysis on forecast errors, and continuously improve planning accuracy and supply chain connectivity.
