Builds relationships with retirement plan advisors, recordkeeper field teams, and consultants; converts platform approvals into local adoption; develops territory plans and pipelines; leads advisor education, events, and presentations; and coordinates joint opportunities with partners and internal specialists. Requires extensive industry relationships, defined contribution expertise, sales leadership, and 70%+ travel.
