Supports the HR Manager with employee records, personnel files, documentation, communications, engagement programs, performance appraisals, audits, and compliance activities. The role maintains risk registers, coordinates OT security and continuity planning, improves the ISMS, standardizes security processes, conducts AI risk assessments, and delivers cybersecurity awareness training. It provides expert guidance to business units and partners with corporate security, IT, and other stakeholders.
