Lead and coordinate quality activities across software and system design disciplines. Implement and standardize processes, drive corrective actions and root-cause analysis, monitor trends, ensure customer quality expectations, and support discipline transformation and training to meet quality commitments.

Lead and enforce safety engineering for urban rail signaling projects: perform hazard identification and safety analyses, define and evaluate safety requirements, review safety evidence and Safety Case artifacts, promote safety policy within project teams, and liaise with RAMS management and the Chief Safety Architect.

Convert customer requirements into system and subsystem specifications, perform gap analyses, prepare operational concepts and proposals, manage work packages, mentor engineers, coordinate with software/hardware/safety/IVVQ teams, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering projects on schedule and budget.

Designs and implements mission-critical IT solutions for CBTC systems: translates requirements into IT architecture and detailed designs, deploys and tests solutions in lab and field, supports commissioning, and collaborates with software, hardware and IVVQ teams.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress versus milestones, analyze risks and delays, coordinate resources with cross-functional teams, prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, and continuously improve scheduling metrics and forecasting accuracy to ensure timely project delivery.

Lead system and signaling design for communications-based train control (CBTC) projects: convert customer requirements into system/subsystem specs, perform modelling, simulations and performance analysis, produce interlocking/control tables and application databases, support bids, mentor/lead system engineers, interface with software/hardware/IVVQ teams, and ensure designs meet safety, cost and schedule constraints.

Support systems analysis, modeling and simulation for train control and guideway design. Define safe braking models, headway and interlocking requirements, deliver guideway application data, signal plans and track maps, collaborate with software/test teams, develop and maintain tools, assist proposal simulations, and report progress. Hybrid internship with onsite requirement.

Lead and manage multiple small-to-medium CBTC projects from execution to contract closure. Own project P&L, drive schedule, cost, quality, risk mitigation, resource allocation, customer interfaces, EAC and forecast processes, lessons-learned, and team development in an international matrix environment.
