The Associate Director, CRM Development will lead Salesforce development, manage integrations with the GTM tech stack, govern data quality, and optimize new technologies.

Serve as primary technical contact for advertiser accounts, activate and monitor programmatic campaigns, troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues, provide consultative support and data-driven optimization, and collaborate with product/engineering to improve tools and processes.

Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for advertiser accounts, activating and QAing programmatic campaigns across DSPs, troubleshooting delivery and creative issues, monitoring performance, building dashboards, and collaborating with product and engineering to resolve technical gaps while advising clients and driving optimizations.
